Trotters for Sale does not accept any liability for hidden faults in horses which are sold or have been sold through our website.

Trotters for Sale will put up your advertisement only after receiving payment of the invoice. As a rule advertisements will stay online on the Trotters for Sale website for 5 (working) days after the date of expiry. If you wish to renew the period of publicity, you will have to notify us within 5 working-days and to see to payment of this renewal.

If you have sold the horse advertised, you also have to inform us. You can do this by phone or by means of letter, fax or email. If you do not inform us of the sale of your horse, we will automatically renew your advertisement until you cancel it.

If you use one of our packages renewal will take place by crediting within your package.

Trotters for Sale donate a percentage of each advertisement to Brooke Hospital. How and when is the responsibility of Trotters for Sale.
